Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds on any orders, including but not limited to decorated cookies, gourmet cookies, custom orders, and seasonal products.

Once an order has been picked up or delivered, it is considered accepted and is no longer the responsibility of the seller.

We are not responsible for damage, mishandling, or delays once the order is in the customer’s possession or has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
