Products & Orders
We offer baked goods, including but not limited to decorated cookies, gourmet cookies, custom orders, and seasonal products. Due to the nature of our products, all items are considered perishable.

All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds once an order has been placed.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom or personalized orders are created specifically for the customer and cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.

Shipping & Local Pickup
Once an order has been shipped or picked up, it is considered accepted by the customer. Yandery Sweet Bakery is not responsible for damage, loss, delays, or mishandling once the order is in the customer’s possession or has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, policies, and information before placing an order, including processing times, pickup details, and shipping information.

Food Safety & Allergies
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and nuts. It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient information and determine suitability.

Limitation of Liability
Yandery Sweet Bakery shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use or consumption of our products beyond the amount paid for the order.
