Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. This includes, but is not limited to, delays, damages, loss, or mishandling caused by the shipping carrier.

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or credits for orders affected during transit.

Local Pickup
Orders selected for local pickup are considered completed and accepted once picked up. We are not responsible for the product after pickup.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and delivery information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
